- The news comes just a few days after the world was privy to some leaked court documents alleging Usher paid a celebrity stylist $1.1 million after giving her herpes in 2011 or 2012.
- Usher’s current wife, Grace Miguel, who he married in 2015, posted an Instagram photo of them together as recently as five days ago.
- Wow, he just “Let It Burn,” huh?
- There could be even more lawsuits where this came from.
- If she didn't actually contract the disease, does she still have the right to sue?
- The women who actually got herpes got only a $1.2 million settlement. $10 million for being "concerned" seems like a stretch -- but maybe he'll pay to make it go away.

Usher is facing another lawsuit after an anonymous woman came forward saying the “Burn” singer exposed her to an STD earlier this year. The unidentified woman is seeking $10 million for negligence, battery and emotional distress.
The suit, filed by Jane Doe, says she and Usher hooked up in her Atlanta home on April 16th. She performed oral sex on him and they had intercourse during which he wore a condom. A couple weeks later they hooked up again, this time having unprotected sex in a New Orleans hotel room. While she hasn’t seen any symptoms or positive results, she’s still “concerned” and says she wouldn’t have had sex with him if she knew he was infected. (TMZ)
